You have the right to choose only the services you want. Casket and outer burial container selections are sold separately, and a complete price list is available at the funeral home. Embalming is not required by law; however, certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing, may make it necessary. If you select an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial, we will explain the reason in writing. In accepting any package, you acknowledge that if the gravesite is more than 40 miles from the funeral home, an additional mileage fee of $2.50 per mile may apply.
